Conference fees

The conference fees include:
Welcoming reception on 6 September, coffee breaks on 7, 8, 9 and 10 September, lunch breaks on 7, 8 and 9 September, conference pack (conference bag, book of abstracts/programme, general information; please note that the conference proceedings will be published online free of charge).

* Reductions for EURALEX members can be claimed by participants who have settled membership fees no later than 31 January 2016 via the OUP website. Please note that becoming a EURALEX member via the OUP website by 31 January 2016 allows you to save money: you will be entitled to a greatly reduced fee for the EURALEX 2016 conference.

** This fee includes a two-year EURALEX membership (it does not include automatic subscription to the International Journal of Lexicography). The membership fee amounts to 30 € and allows you to participate in the next EURALEX Congress as a EURALEX member. You can also subscribe as a non-member without necessarily becoming a EURALEX member. However, no reduction of the fee is foreseen in this case.

Cancellation policy

Please send us any notification of cancellations via e-mail at euralex2016@tsu.ge.
Cancellation requests received by 25 August 2016 at the latest will be subject to a 85% refund. This applies to conference fees, social events and pre-conference-workshops equally.

Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for refund.
